I want to stay at dads.?

ok my parents are divorced and o want to tay at my dads only.Ok dont get me wrong i love my mom as family but i despise her as a person. I am fourteen and i herd that i am allowed to choose were i stay without going to court, and it is my choice only and nobody elses. plus i dont want to hurt her feelings again. what can i do?
