Pokemon White: Dream World How to Tuck in?

I just registerd my pokemon white on the offical website and it says i have no pokemon tucked in or sleeping so i go to my game, click on c gear and use the game sync. It starts up but then says the game sync has run out of energy and i have to wait a day to use it again... but i never even used it to begin with! I really want to try this out because it sounds cool but it isnt working
