Engine light comes on 94 civic with a d16z6 mini swap?

i have a chipped p28 ecu and has a 1st gear rev limit of 3000 and worked for the first day (ecu). the next day my criuse controll light came on and i dont have criuse control. also every gears only goes up to 3000 rpms and then when the oil light comes on i can redline at 9800 but i dont go there lol and burns oil as soon as the engine light comes on. what is wrong can i put the ecu in my friends d16z6 and it was fine can anybody tell me please
