How many miles a day should i do for a bike trip?

i am planning a bike camping trip out to big lake which is 60-70 miles away from home can i do this in one day? i also planned on wearing a hiking backpack and maybe 20-30lbs of gear? im 6 foot 1 190 in the morning is it possible?
