Where and what to get for my f22b2 complete build?

Hi i am going to be taking on a full f22b2 build on my 96 accord and was having a hard time finding parts and i could really use some help. I would like to know where i could get everything and how much it may be. I would be interested in forged pistons, rods, and rod bearings. Where to get my block and head bored out and how much that might be. Titanium valves, racing valve springs, racing camshaft and cam gear also an ecu that does not have a limiter on it. I would really appreciate any help thanks!
